Thank you so much for the compliment ! I’ve been designing this mediation for a few years now and was excited to launch it. Really appreciate your words - May I actually use your quote as an endorsement , please ?

Listened to the audio for the first time, as preparing to sleep. Lovely to hear the clarity and sincerity of your voice combined with the soothing music. I look forward to moving with it tomorrow!

Thank you! Do you think the recording is too fast and needs more space ?

Not at all. The prompts are rich but simple, so not too much space is needed. Although each could also be a writing prompt (or a deeper movement prompt) because there is so much to it! I guess the written transcript you provided gives people a chance to easily go back if they want to!

Thank you for the feedback. I feel I have created a powerful original meditation that will slowly evolve and gain power over time. Really glad it resonated with you and thanks for the prompt ideas !

You did! I just moved to it and it moved me even more. 🙏🏽 I really need to take tomorrow away from screens but I’ll lightly edit the recording on Monday and post it here as a restack of your article if that works…
